Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 95 g beans, white, cooked or from the can
  • 110 g soft dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter, white
  • 85 g oat flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • n. B. chocolate drops
  • n. B. Sprinkles, colorful
  • n. B. Almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without refined sugar

Puree the beans and almond butter. Then add the dates and puree again. If the mixture is too thick, add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Transfer everything to a bowl, add the oat flour, cinnamon powder, and, if desired, chocolate chips, and mix until smooth. Form the mixture into 10 balls (8 if you want larger balls), dip in melted chocolate, and decorate with colorful sprinkles or chopped almonds, if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
