- 50 g cranberries, dried
- 200 g sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 orange(s), untreated, zest
- 50 g powdered sugar

Grind the almonds even finer with a hand blender. Chop the cranberries very finely. Mix the almonds with the cinnamon and sugar thoroughly. Add the egg whites, powdered sugar, and orange zest and knead, then incorporate the cranberries. Shape the dough into a log about 30 cm long, chill thoroughly, and cut into about 35 slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 6-8 minutes. Carefully remove from the baking sheet and allow to cool.
