Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g honey
- 3 eggs, size L
- 3 tsp baking soda, or baking powder
- 3 tbsp gingerbread spice

quick, easy, delicious
For 2 baking sheets: Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and gingerbread spice. Add eggs and honey, and knead everything into a dough. Cover with cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, dust lightly with flour, and cut out shapes as desired, garnishing with almonds if desired. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 7-8 minutes. Tip: To keep the gingerbread nice and soft, store it in a tightly sealed container for a few days.
