Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs, size L
- 200 g butter
- 300 g cranberries, dried
- 4 tbsp honey, liquid
- 4 tbsp almonds, ground
- 2 tbsp whipped cream

Knead the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, one egg, and butter into a crumbly, then smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in foil, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Blend the cranberries in a blender, mix with the remaining filling ingredients, and preheat the oven to 160-190 degrees Celsius (320-375 degrees Fahrenheit), depending on your oven type. Roll out the chilled dough into a rectangle about 4-5 mm thick, spread the filling on it, leaving about 2 cm free on one wide side. Roll up the cookie sheet toward the free side, then cut the roll into 1 cm-wide slices and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
