Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 5 tbsp cream, 6 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 80 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g almonds (flakes or sticks)
- 3 tbsp cream
- 150 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dough: Combine quark, cream, oil, and sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and add to the dough. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Grease a baking sheet (approx. 26 cm in diameter) and place the dough on it. Topping: Melt butter, sugar, and honey over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in almonds and cream. Spread the almond mixture over the dough base. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
