Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 ml cream
  • 80 g honey
  • 200 g almonds, chopped
  • 200 g almonds, slivered
  • 200 g almond flakes
  • 250 g ground almonds
  • Chocolate coating, for spreading

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Then, using a teaspoon, place small dollops onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (170°C fan-assisted oven) for about 7 minutes. Caution: They may spread slightly! Allow to cool on the baking sheet. They will be very soft when warm! Once cooled, spread the underside with chocolate coating.
