Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g apple, sour
  • 150 g onion(s)
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • herbal salt
  • lemon juice
  • some garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the apple and onion. Gently heat the butter, add the apple and onion along with the sunflower seeds. Fry gently for about 5 minutes, then puree everything. Season with herb salt, lemon juice, and garlic. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week.
