Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g almond flour, (orange), gluten-free, defatted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 oranges
  • 200 g sour cream

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes

Knead 250g of almond flour, 2 eggs, baking powder, vanilla powder, olive oil, and 200g of sugar into a shortcrust pastry, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate for about an hour. Peel and segment the oranges. Mix the sour cream, 150g of sugar, 2 eggs, and 30g of almond flour until creamy. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and press it into a greased springform pan. Spread the oranges evenly over the dough and pour the cream over it. Place in a cold oven and bake at 175°C for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
