Almond Milk – Homemade

The perfect almond milk – homemade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 cups Blanched almonds
  • 2 cups Hot water
  • 3 piece Pitted dates
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Vanilla to taste
  1. Puree the blanched almonds with the salt, pitted dates and water 1: 2 in a blender very finely. Then add the hot water and puree again. Put the whole thing through a hair sieve or milk net and squeeze out.
  2. I like to bake the almond pomace, DO NOT throw it away, it is too precious.
  3. I like to make my own milk, because I know what’s really in it.
