Vegan: Almond Milk – Homemade
The perfect vegan: almond milk – homemade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 handful Almonds
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,25 tsp Xylitol *
- Since I don’t drink milk anymore, I have been looking for an alternative for some time … soy milk is not my taste, rice and oat milk … well not really ….. and make almond milk yourself .. I haven’t done it before … BUT there are always nice cooking friends who can help you … a lot is new for me too … and I like to benefit from the knowledge of others …

- Put the almonds in the blender, add the water, a pinch of salt (just a tiny pinch) and the cylitol. Unscrew the container and mix … take a break and then mix again.
- The whole thing now comes through a sieve (the leftovers can be used for baking) into a glass, drinking straw in and just enjoy … man – it was delicious … I have to do it again tomorrow.
- 5th tip: since I wanted to drink the milk, I added some xylitol if you want to use the milk for other things …. you have to think about whether “sweetness” should be added
- * Xylitol is birch sugar, everything else can be found in the W W W 🙂
