Almond milk semolina porridge

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml almond milk (almond drink), also possible unsweetened
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla, ground
  • ¼ tsp Stevia with sprinkles
  • 62 g soft wheat semolina
  • 1 shot of soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • some almonds, whole
  • some coconut chips
  • some fruit spread (strawberry or raspberry)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Slowly bring the almond milk to a boil with ground cinnamon, ground vanilla, and stevia. While stirring constantly, gradually add the soft wheat semolina. Add the soy cuisine. Let everything simmer, stirring frequently. Remove the pot from the heat and divide the vegan semolina porridge between two bowls. Decorate with almonds, coconut chips, and fruit spread as desired. Delicious hot or cold.
