Almond Pancakes

The perfect almond pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Stems Mint
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese low in fat
  • 2 tbsp Bio lemon zest and juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 125 g Berries to taste
  1. Wash, dry and chop mint. Mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, honey and mint.
  2. Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with milk and almonds well.
  3. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff, then slowly pour in the sugar. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk and milk mixture.
  4. Brush a small non-stick pan with a little oil and add the batter. Put a spoonful of berries aside, distribute the rest on the dough. Cover and let stand over low heat.
  5. Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining berries. Add the cream cheese dip and serve.
