Almond Pancakes
The perfect almond pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Stems Mint
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese low in fat
- 2 tbsp Bio lemon zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 tbsp Ground almonds
- 125 g Berries to taste
- Wash, dry and chop mint. Mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, honey and mint.
- Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with milk and almonds well.
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff, then slowly pour in the sugar. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk and milk mixture.
- Brush a small non-stick pan with a little oil and add the batter. Put a spoonful of berries aside, distribute the rest on the dough. Cover and let stand over low heat.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining berries. Add the cream cheese dip and serve.
