Fluffy Almond Pancakes

The perfect fluffy almond pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 small Eggs separated
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff, carefully mix in the sugar, egg yolks and almonds
  2. Melt some butter in a small pan and pour the dough in completely, let it set over medium heat, then turn it carefully and let some more butter run down the edge
  3. The pancake is ready when it bounces lightly at the touch of a finger
  4. Place the pancakes on a plate and dust them lightly with powdered sugar

tip

  1. I prefer to eat the almond pancake with some fruit ….. and what I like best is that it is a pure protein dish – ideal as a light dinner for those who want to avoid carbohydrates in the evening
