Ingredients
- 2 small Eggs separated
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 50 g Ground almonds
- Butter
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff, carefully mix in the sugar, egg yolks and almonds
- Melt some butter in a small pan and pour the dough in completely, let it set over medium heat, then turn it carefully and let some more butter run down the edge
- The pancake is ready when it bounces lightly at the touch of a finger
- Place the pancakes on a plate and dust them lightly with powdered sugar
tip
- I prefer to eat the almond pancake with some fruit ..... and what I like best is that it is a pure protein dish - ideal as a light dinner for those who want to avoid carbohydrates in the evening
