Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g almond(s), grated
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp potato flour
  • Cake icing, chocolate
  • Cake icing, lemon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix everything together to form a dough. Use a food processor to shape it into rings, sticks, or question marks. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cover half of the dough with chocolate or lemon glaze.
