Almond rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g almond flour
  • 20 g coconut flour
  • 20 g psyllium
  • 1 tsp, heaped bread spice mix
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 g salt
  • 3 eggs, size M
  • 140 ml water, lukewarm
  • n. B. grains, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Without grain flour

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thoroughly mix all ingredients except the water. Slowly add the water until a sticky dough forms. Form the dough into 4 small loaves (rolls) and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake on the second rack from the bottom for about 35 minutes.
