Almond-sesame flakes

Ingredients for 35 servings:

  • 100 g almond(s), (almond sticks)
  • 50 g sesame seeds (peeled or unpeeled)
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 75 g honey (liquid)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine almonds, sesame seeds, butter, and sugar in a pan and toast. Stir in honey and toast briefly. Let the mixture cool briefly, then use two teaspoons to place small, oblong mounds of the mixture onto baking paper and allow to set. Store in a dry place for about 4 weeks.
