Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar aloe vera in syrup
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup or sugar syrup
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • n. B. Food coloring, green

Drain the aloe vera pulp, reserving the syrup. Stir the syrup, agave syrup or sugar syrup, sour cream, and mascarpone into a smooth mixture. Chop the aloe vera pulp a little more and then fold it into the cream. Pour this mixture into an ice cream maker and stir it into the ice cream. Alternatively, you can freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer, stirring occasionally. The finished ice cream will have a very delicate green color. If you want a more intense green tone for your aloe vera ice cream, simply add a few drops of green food coloring while stirring the ingredients. Aloe vera in syrup is available in Asian stores or online.
