Low carb with sauerkraut base

This recipe is an insider tip that’s always a hit, even with dieters who refuse to follow a diet. First, squeeze the sauerkraut well in a kitchen towel. Mix it with the eggs and grated cheese to form a dough, season with salt and pepper. Line a pizza tray with baking paper. Spread the sauerkraut dough on it and pre-bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. Mix the sour cream with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onions into rings. Spread the sour cream evenly over the pre-baked base, top with the onion rings and bacon cubes, and bake the tarte flambée for another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
