Leek tart

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g bacon cubes
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash and halve the leek, then cut into semicircular strips. Also cut the onions into strips and set aside. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, about 100g of the grated cheese, nutmeg, and pepper. Fry the leek and onions until translucent. Then add the bacon cubes and continue frying. When everything is cooked, transfer to a suitable tart dish and pour the egg and cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the leek tart at 180°C (convection oven) for 30-35 minutes. It can be eaten hot or cold.
