Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pkt. pizza dough, rolled

- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 1 shot of milk or sweet cream
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The recipe is really very simple – everyone should be able to make it
Roll out the pizza dough as thinly as possible. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the crème fraîche, milk or sweet cream, and a good pinch of salt in a bowl and mix everything until creamy. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and spread the cream over it. Peel and slice the onion (into pieces or rings, depending on your taste) and add it and the bacon to the coated dough. But first the onions, as they burn easily. Now place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the tarte flambée at 200°C. Check every 5 minutes and remove when the crust is golden brown. Done. Tips: Place baking paper under the dough to prevent it from sticking to the baking sheet, and don’t forget to grease the edges so you can enjoy them too.
