Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g wheat flour

- 140 g crème fraîche
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 onion(s), red
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the dough, put the flour, water, oil, and salt in a bowl and knead into a smooth, non-sticky dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Divide the dough into two equal-sized balls. Roll out the dough balls as thinly as possible. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). For the topping, peel the onion, halve it, and slice it into rings. Spread the dough with crème fraîche and season with pepper. Distribute the ham cubes and onion rings evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
