  • 250 ml lemonade (lemon soda)
  • 250 ml Pils

Hamburg soft drink, especially popular on hot summer days

Pour beer into the glass, then top with soda. It tastes best when both the beer and the soda are well chilled. In some fancy bars, Alsterwasser is served with a slice of lemon, but the original is simply beer with soda. It tastes especially good on hot summer days.
