Berliner Weisse with woodruff or raspberry shot à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tbsp syrup (woodruff or raspberry syrup)
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 bottles of cold wheat beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add 2 tablespoons of syrup and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to each Berliner Weisse glass, top up with 1 bottle of wheat beer and serve with a straw.
