Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 60 g starch flour
- 150 g sugar
- 9 eggs, separated
- 370 g quark (cottage cheese)
- 180 g sour cream

Combine the curd cheese, egg yolks, and sour cream, then stir in the cornstarch. Whisk the sugar and egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the curd mixture. Pour into greased, sugar-dusted pie crusts and bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a berry dressing.
