Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 peach(s), from the can, some juice
  • Beer (chilled Altbier)

Party poppers

This recipe dates back to our youth and is the dream of our sleepless nights. Slice/dice the peaches. Place them in a 0.5-liter Altbier glass. Add a little peach juice (from the can) to taste. Fill with Altbier (be careful!!! It foams up like crazy!). Garnish with a wooden skewer and serve immediately! If you don’t have Altbier on hand, you can also make this punch with “Goldbier” (cheap or expensive versions)! (It actually tastes pretty good!)
