Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 can/n tangerines
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g almond flakes
- 125 g butter, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Sheet cake
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Whisk in the flour, baking powder, and sour cream alternately. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Arrange the well-drained mandarins on top, sprinkle with the sugar and flaked almonds, and place the cake in the oven. Bake at 180°C – 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Melt the butter and brush it over the hot cake.
