Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g amaranth
- 4 small peaches
- 200 ml rice milk (rice drink)
- n. E.g. coconut blossom sugar or coconut blossom syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dessert or small breakfast
Wash, halve, pit, and dice the peaches. Simmer the amaranth with the peach pieces and rice milk for 10 minutes, then let it swell. Season with coconut blossom sugar or syrup. Ladle into bowls and serve warm.
