Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small lettuce hearts
  • 1 tbsp canihua
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Coconut blossom syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut and wash the lettuce hearts. Prepare the dressing and season to taste. Toss the lettuce hearts with the dressing in a bowl and sprinkle the canihua over the lettuce.
