Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g amaranth, cooked
- 200 g coconut milk
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 large banana(s)
- possibly honey
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the banana, slice it, and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Mix the amaranth, coconut milk, and yogurt. Sweeten with a little honey, if desired. Now pour the amaranth mixture into bowls and arrange the banana slices on top.
