Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g vanilla yogurt, 2 small cups or vanilla quark, it will then be a bit creamier
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 4 handfuls of amaretti biscuits
  • possibly vanilla sugar or powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Mix together the natural yogurt, vanilla yogurt, and mascarpone. Add vanilla sugar or powdered sugar to sweeten, if desired. Stir in the amaretti biscuits and pour the mixture into a bowl. Just before serving, place a few amaretti biscuits on top of the cream for decoration. Tip: The cream tastes especially delicious if it’s allowed to sit overnight.
