Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Italian specialty, – recipe for ice cream maker
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Stir in the cream and milk. Finely grind the amaretti biscuits and stir them into the mixture. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes. Ladle into bowls and serve.
