Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 g cream
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the milk with the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt and pour into the ice cream maker. Once the machine has started churning, add the grated chocolate! Continue churning until the mixture is creamy and firm.
