Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cake base (3-layer, light)
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 1 pack of cake icing, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Divide the cake base and place one layer on the cake plate. Crumble the remaining two layers. Mix with butter and Amaretto (the amount of Amaretto depends on the desired consistency). Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and carefully fold in. Pour the mixture onto the cake base and smooth it out. Then cover the cake with chocolate icing. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The cake can easily be prepared up to 2 days in advance—the longer you prepare the cake, the better it tastes!
