Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda, slightly thicker)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, herbs
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 cucumber(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the eggs and cucumbers very finely. Mix all ingredients with the cream cheese. Spread the mixture onto the cheese slices, then roll them into a spiral. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Cut into slices to serve. You can also place them on crackers or brown bread.
