Amaretto Cherry Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g butter, very soft
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C and grease the muffin tin well. Drain the cherries well and roll them briefly in flour. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs, softened butter, sugar, milk, amaretto, and chocolate until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and cherries and mix well again. Fill the muffin tins two-thirds full with the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (convection oven).
