Amaretto – Coffee – Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 200 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A dessert that is not quite so sweet.

Whisk together the mascarpone, quark, sour cream, and sugar until creamy. Dissolve the coffee in the water and stir it into the mixture. Place the amaretti biscuits (reserve 4 whole for decoration) in a bag and crumble them into small pieces. Place a tablespoon of the cream on the bottom of the dessert bowls, then a few crushed amaretti biscuits on top, followed by another layer of cream, then more amaretti biscuits. Drizzle with the amaretto, and finally, another layer of cream. Chill for 2-3 hours and garnish with a biscuit and a little cocoa powder.
