Amaretto punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar of sour cherries with juice
  • 1 bottle of Amaretto
  • 1 bottle of apple juice
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, dry
  • 1 bottle of water
  • 1 pack of ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes

The day before, soak the cherries and their juice in the Amaretto. Just before serving, top up with apple juice, water, and sparkling wine. Either add the ice to the punch bowl or serve it separately (many of us don’t like ice in our punch). The number of people serving depends on the drinking ability of the guests :o)
