Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml liqueur (Amarula)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious ice cream with Amarula liqueur

Mix all ingredients together and pour into the ice cream maker. Freeze for about 50 minutes (the alcohol may take longer to freeze). Can also be made without an ice cream maker. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer. Stir vigorously with a spoon every 20-30 minutes to distribute the ice crystals.
