- 500 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- Lukewarm water
- Topping as desired
Instructions
- Process into a dough and let rise for 1 hour. Line a small cake tin with baking paper and brush with butter. Divide into 6 parts and spread out in round flatbreads and place in the finished baking pan. Let it go for another 30 minutes and top it up as you wish. Bake at 200 Crad for about 10-15 minutes.
