Amber Igoulash with Bacon
The perfect amber igoulash with bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Bacon cubes
- 4 Pc. Bernerli or Wienerli
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 Pc. Big onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
- 0,5 dl Water
- 1 Pr Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Dried basil
- Fry the diced bacon in a frying pan until translucent. Cut the Bernerli diagonally into pieces and add to the bacon. Sear.
- Chop the garlic, cut the onion into rings and add to the pan. Sautéing. Add the tomato puree and steam briefly.
- Add the tomatoes and water, bring to the boil. Season well with sugar, salt, pepper, paprika and basil.
- Goes well with: pasta or polenta
