Ingredients
 

  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • Butter
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1 pack Pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf or homemade
  • 3 Peach halves canned
  • 4 slices Cooked ham
  • Curry powder
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Peel and finely dice shallot. Sauté in hot butter until translucent. Add tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of water, sugar and herbs. Mix everything together and bring to the boil briefly. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
  • Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Drain the peaches and cut into cubes. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough. First the ham - then the peach cubes on top. Dust with curry powder. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
