Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter sour cream
- 200 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 ml brandy
- 4 sheets of red gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and brandy. Soften and dissolve the gelatin, then add the mixture to the gelatin. Pour into goblets and refrigerate.
