Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 zucchini, grated
- 1 pepper(s), cut into strips
- 500 g onion(s), grated
- ¼ ml oil
- 3 bottles of tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the zucchini, bell peppers, and onions in the oil, then add the ketchup and season with spices. Pour into screw-top jars. If you want the sauce to keep longer, simmer for 20 minutes at 80°C.
