- 225 g butter, soft
- 400 g white sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 190 g flour
- 2 tsp vanilla extract, real
- ½ tsp salt
- 180 g walnuts, optional
- 170 g powdered sugar
- 110 g butter, soft
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 60 ml condensed milk

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Chocolate and Gooey Brownies
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (top/bottom heat). In a large bowl, combine the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and eggs. Add the flour, vanilla extract, salt, and nuts; mix well. Pour the batter into a brownie pan and place the pan in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, then test with a toothpick for doneness. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool slightly. Frosting: Mix all ingredients together, spread on the brownies, and wait 1 hour before cutting them.
