Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 tsp water, hot
  • possibly flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

suitable for fondant

Mix the softened butter with the sifted powdered sugar. Then add the hot water to make the cream nice and smooth. If desired, you can add a few drops of flavoring. This amount is suitable for fondant and enough to fill a cake twice. For additional coating, simply double the batch.
