Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 90 g butter
- 90 g flour, non-stick
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar. Fold in vanilla sugar, melted butter, and flour. Bake in a small baking dish at 180 degrees Celsius.
