Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs, separated
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla, gluten-free
- 300 g cream cheese, lactose-free
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
gluten- and lactose-free, for a 20 cm springform pan
Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, pudding mix, and cream cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Grease a springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C fan/gas mark 3-4 for about 45 minutes.
