Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 110 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C, using bottom heat if possible, or top/bottom heat if not. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Brush the chicken breasts with mayonnaise, then coat them in the breadcrumbs and coat well with the coating. Place the chicken pieces in a lightly greased dish and bake in the oven for 50-70 minutes, turning halfway through.
