Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, soft
  • 75 g cream cheese, grainy or quark
  • 75 g natural yogurt
  • 1 pinch of curry powder
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 tsp lemongrass
  • some salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Own creation for dipping or on bread

Remove the ripe avocados from their skins, mash the flesh with a fork or similar tool, add the yogurt, and mix well. Season to taste with curry, chili, lemongrass, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in the cream cheese, add a few squeezes of lemon juice for a nice touch, and refrigerate. It’s especially suitable as a refreshing barbecue sauce on hot summer days. It’s also great with baked potatoes or as a spread.
