American chicken thighs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken thighs, fresh or frozen
  • 1 bottle of sauce (French dressing)
  • 1 bag of soup (onion soup)
  • ½ jar apricot jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Thaw the chicken thighs if necessary and place them in a sufficiently large casserole dish. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the thighs. Marinate for 1 hour. Then place in the oven at 170°C (350°F) for 1 hour. Then leave in the oven, turned off, for another hour. Reheat slightly before serving, if necessary. Serve with rice.
